About the Gibson 1972 ES325**SOLD

Stunning clean example of a 1972 Gibson ES325 in Walnut.
Produced from 1972 to 1979, the 325 were fully hollow, i.e. no centre block, no adjustable pole pieces on the mini humbuckers like Firebirds.
All original.
This sounds and plays beautifully and typically these do have the 15 degree headstock pitch compared to the 17 degree angle of modern models and 60’s spec Gibson’s.
Very clean throughout with no dings, signs of ageing as to be expected, hazing in places, very light minor rash plectrum hazing on the guard.
Black lights beautifully, no breaks or repairs.
A joy to play and wonderful to have in the shop.

Although every guitar is checked at the point of buy in for condition we try to describe as accurately as possible and with the nature of every vintage, modern, used guitar you will always find blemishes held in certain lights that we have not solely pointed out.
These are usually very small lacquer marks or polish swirls and you have to expect a margin of very light marks that go undetected in usual lit environments.
