Gibson 2004 Les Paul Standard in Wine Red. Good Wood period as it’s known, lovely mild flame on the top and the neck has a lovely grain too. Dark rosewood board is very clean the frets show minimal wear.

The body has wear and marks mostly visible in angled light and there is rash to the rear surface but not through to the wood and some general minor wear around the headstock. No horrid dings though or repairs.

This is a great player! And it shows! The pick ups are Alnico #1 V and are commonly known as Burstbuckers and do indeed sound superb.

This has some great vibe, character and I love the patina that just makes you want to pick it up. As all good Guitars, though the wear is minor it has not been neglected in its 22 years, by no means a ‘relic’ it does show the authentic play wear in certain light you’d associate with a lightly aged guitar.

Although every guitar is checked at the point of buy in for condition we try to describe as accurately as possible and with the nature of every vintage, modern, used guitar you will always find blemishes held in certain lights that we have not solely pointed out. 

These are usually very small lacquer marks or polish swirls and you have to expect a margin of very light marks that go undetected in usual lit environments.
