One of my favourite vintage Epiphone solid body guitars, the Coronet. This particular one, serial dating ’66 has original 65 pot dates and is all original with the exception of a refret a few years ago and replaced strap button.
The neck feels incredible on this it is slim but has a fullness which sits very comfortably in the hand.
The single P90 dog ear is simply wonderfully musical.
Condition wise is fair for it’s age, no repairs, plenty of play wear to the neck and body, head stock edges. Amazing patina and one that is screaming to be played, with many more years to go.
No original case but comes with a modern Epiphone hard case.
One great Epiphone to have in again.
Although every guitar is checked at the point of buy in for condition we try to describe as accurately as possible and with the nature of every vintage, modern, used guitar you will always find blemishes held in certain lights that we have not solely pointed out.
These are usually very small lacquer marks or polish swirls and you have to expect a margin of very light marks that go undetected in usual lit environments.
