This is beautiful, Fender 2009 Masterbuilt by Mark Kendrick at the Custom Shop, ’60’s NOS Rosewood Telecaster. Very George Harrison!
Absolute beautiful player, so resonant and slinky.
The neck had never been off the body, that I had to do for the truss adjustment to set it up.
This has been played and there’s some slight hazing on the guard and one small mark on the body that you can only spot under a light. Very very minor.
The neck is a slim C and feels great. The glossy board is wonderful and the frets have very light wear.
Acoustically this is pretty loud and has an excellent voice. The pancake body is traditional construction and I love seeing this.
It’s an absolute pleasure to have this in the shop.
No rash or dings. Comes with original black Tolex hard case, ash tray cover and cert.
This is one incredible Telecaster.
Although every guitar is checked at the point of buy in for condition we try to describe as accurately as possible and with the nature of every vintage, modern, used guitar you will always find blemishes held in certain lights that we have not solely pointed out.
These are usually very small lacquer marks or polish swirls and you have to expect a margin of very light marks that go undetected in usual lit environments.
