Very cool Gibson 1980 Gibson 335-S Deluxe Professional in a great Tobacco Burst.
Fair condition for its age, a few marks on the body, no repairs.
Frets have been recently dressed with plenty to go on and the ebony board is very clean. Slim neck but not skinny feels great in hand and feels fast to play. Light weight too!
The original pick ups have recently been rewound to original spec and do sound wonderful!
The original coil split also sound great on this, very useable! Original pots date to 79.
One really nice example and I don’t see many these come around.
Comes with original hard case which has seen better day but still very functional.
Although every guitar is checked at the point of buy in for condition we try to describe as accurately as possible and with the nature of every vintage, modern, used guitar you will always find blemishes held in certain lights that we have not solely pointed out.
These are usually very small lacquer marks or polish swirls and you have to expect a margin of very light marks that go undetected in usual lit environments.
