Beautiful Gibson Les Paul Custom from 1979 in a wonderful Dark Burst.

I’m thinking this is one of the best Customs that I have had in for some time. Original T-Top Pickups and pots, original Covers are included should you wish to put them on.

No original hard case but is still a modern Black Gibson Les Paul case.

This has the Second Stamp as many have since the 60’s. Reasons for and why are far and wide from employee stock to import duty discount to actual flaws in the finish which for up until now, I have not seen anything ‘flawed’.

If you look at the dot markers on the side of the neck, they travel out of position and the further up the neck, the further out they go, only marginally but noticeably. Does it affect the guitar player wise? Not at all. This is one killer Les Paul Custom.

Condition wise there is some play wear and lacquer, frets are clean, light pitting in the board visible in angled light but not by touch.

Although every guitar is checked at the point of buy in for condition we try to describe as accurately as possible and with the nature of every vintage, modern, used guitar you will always find blemishes held in certain lights that we have not solely pointed out. 

These are usually very small lacquer marks or polish swirls and you have to expect a margin of very light marks that go undetected in usual lit environments.
