Gibson 1990 Yamano import select ’54 Les Paul Goldtop, pre Historic Custom Shop.

This is an absolute killer Les Paul from the Gibson Custom shop that predates the Historic Collection.

The neck is slim for a traditional ’54 reissue and is quite typical of reissues of this period, think 90’s slim taper.

The condition is very good, minor rash on the rear and the frets are original and have the absolute minimal wear if any. Some small marks on the front held in the light and there is crazing to the lacquer.

This being a Yamano Japanese import, were hand selected and are known for being of a particularly high standard with sand out grains etc.

The neck on this really does look fantastic.

Th pick ups are factory and are P100’s not P90’s and do sound amazing.

Comes with the original Gibson Brown hard case and Yamano tags.

Although every guitar is checked at the point of buy in for condition we try to describe as accurately as possible and with the nature of every vintage, modern, used guitar you will always find blemishes held in certain lights that we have not solely pointed out. 

These are usually very small lacquer marks or polish swirls and you have to expect a margin of very light marks that go undetected in usual lit environments.
