Gibson 2011 Les Paul Deluxe Gold Top. This was the first time since the early 2000’s that Gibson had reissued the Deluxe model with two main changes, chambered body and the locking Neutrik jack input.
The Mini hum buckers I believe are also wired to the original PAF spec in mini’s.
I had one of these a fair few years ago and among the many I have had in the shop from vintage to modern reissues I found this reissue to be the best sounding and playing.
The neck feels slightly bigger than that of a standard slim taper.
Condition wise this has seen some action, rash on the rearm lacquer wear on the neck, crazing appearing and discolouration on the upper arm bout. Looks cleaner in the photos than it is in the flesh…and in the flesh is always better!
Looks amazing though, a real player. Light weight too at not much over 8lb.
Sounds and plays killer. Yes, a shop fave right now.

Although every guitar is checked at the point of buy in for condition we try to describe as accurately as possible and with the nature of every vintage, modern, used guitar you will always find blemishes held in certain lights that we have not solely pointed out.
These are usually very small lacquer marks or polish swirls and you have to expect a margin of very light marks that go undetected in usual lit environments.
