Stunning Gibson Custom Shop ’61 SG Standard VOS made in 2022.
This plays, sounds and looks incredible. The VOS finish and grain is something else. Even down to the shade is perfect and it will fade wonderfully with age. Slight pinking on the binding is very normal, though is very slight, this will fade away but this is something I’d want to see on a VOS CS model.
Very well balanced too. The custom bucker pickups are about as good a they get from Gibson.
This really is one of the best Gibson CS SG’s that I have had in.
As it’s had one owner since 2022, it has had light home use only and the condition reflects that.
Comes with its OHSC, tags, cert and check sheet.
Although every guitar is checked at the point of buy in for condition we try to describe as accurately as possible and with the nature of every vintage, modern, used guitar you will always find blemishes held in certain lights that we have not solely pointed out.
These are usually very small lacquer marks or polish swirls and you have to expect a margin of very light marks that go undetected in usual lit environments.
