Gibson ES335 ’59 Murphy Lab Ultra Light Aged

These are a revelation. I have played a few of the Gibson Murphy Labs and other Murphy aged models, collectors choices etc and was instantly blown away by how different they play and feel to other models, not surprisingly so, and the acoustic sound of these alone is hugely musical. You’ll play this for a few hours before you even turn your amp on!
This particular model is the ES335 ’59 Ultra Light Aged, which though is ‘Lightly’ aged has plenty of crazing and attention to the finish patina etc.
The neck being a ’59 is on the larger side but unlike some other Custom Shop 59’s I have had in they have that lovely almost V 59 profile and not too fat. Perfect really.
The spec really is amazing, the unpotted Custom buckers are a great detail too.
This comes with it’s original brown Lifton Hard case with book cert, all tags, and check sheet.

Although every guitar is checked at the point of buy in for condition we try to describe as accurately as possible and with the nature of every vintage, modern, used guitar you will always find blemishes held in certain lights that we have not solely pointed out.
