About the Gibson Melody Maker 1965

Gibson Melody Maker 1965, one killer single pick up guitar, a model more notably used by Joan Jett.
Super resonant player, light weight with the rare wider 42mm nut which feels great.
Original Cardinal red finish black lights perfect showing no repairs.
The finish is crazing all over as expected and really adds to the patina and overall vibe of this vintage 60’s Gibson.
The single pick up is very ballsy and sounds huge with a little drive added.
Tis is one great guitar to have in on the wall.
Comes with a quality non original TKL fitted hard case.

Although every guitar is checked at the point of buy in for condition we try to describe as accurately as possible and with the nature of every vintage, modern, used guitar you will always find blemishes held in certain lights that we have not solely pointed out.
These are usually very small lacquer marks or polish swirls and you have to expect a margin of very light marks that go undetected in usual lit environments.
