This is one great vintage Ibanez Jazzer, the 1453 made in 1968/9. This was their take on the classic ES175 and is an early made in Japan example with the raised Ibanez badge.
This plays beautifully, low action, no neck reset required at all. This has been well looked after for years.
This is strung with flat wounds which really caters for the sound and style though would equally be great with regular round wounds.
The original pick ups remain and sound fantastic. You see a few of these that have been modded to P90’s so it’s good that this retains all of it’s originality down to the machine heads. Some very minor small marks on the rear and very minor fret wear, no heavy dings etc.
One really great vintage Ibanez to have in.
It comes with a non original but vintage correct hard case as pictured.
Although every guitar is checked at the point of buy in for condition we try to describe as accurately as possible and with the nature of every vintage, modern, used guitar you will always find blemishes held in certain lights that we have not solely pointed out.
These are usually very small lacquer marks or polish swirls and you have to expect a margin of very light marks that go undetected in usual lit environments.
