Stunning first year reissue Rickenbacker 1997T made in May 1987.
This is one from my personal collection, not gigged and kept in my private storage. Plays fantastic and the Fireglo is amazing, very mellow. I love the Rose Morris ‘F’ hole, which really is of the era, very Pete Townsend.
The tremolo works beautifully, the arm has been detached but is in the original Silver hard case.
Very clean for its age, one tiny mark I can see on the top edge and one on the headstock top. Very light surface rash.
Clean frets with very minimal wear.
A great guitar to have in anyones collection.
As this is my personal guitar I am open to sensible offers as on most of the shop stock but no px.
Although every guitar is checked at the point of buy in for condition we try to describe as accurately as possible and with the nature of every vintage, modern, used guitar you will always find blemishes held in certain lights that we have not solely pointed out.
These are usually very small lacquer marks or polish swirls and you have to expect a margin of very light marks that go undetected in usual lit environments.
