Wow, probably the best 60’s AC4 that I have had in!
What an incredible amp, a loud, soulful, tuneful 4w.
Original plastic handle is still in place as are the knobs and the original Fawn covering is very tidy for it’s age.
It has been serviced by Aston Electronics prior to it coming in to me.
The original mains transformer was running hot and although it works fine and can be put back in if you wish, a custom made replacement was dropped in for preservation and safety.
A cap and original Mullard valve has even replaced with a period Mullard.
This is truly one incredible musical amp and the tremolo has the most beautiful pulse. Nice to see the little original wooden foot switch in place still.
A must for viewing and is one fabulous addition to our 60’s VOX itinerary.
