Beautiful…I have sold and owned a fair few of Neils guitars, and this was one of mine that a moved on a few years ago and now wondering why.

Absolutely beautifully hand crafted in the UK. Light weight and its reinvention of the wheel of single cut solid bodies go, this is already a classic guitar.

The Dakota is Ivison guitars flagship model and now used by name famous players from Guns & Roses to Sheryl Crow.

The Sunbear Firebird pick ups sound superb in this. Originally to my ear they were brighter than my other Dakota but now this sounds mellow and full. Still lots of top end spank.

This is also #6 so a very low production number which had two volumes and one universal tone control where as the later ones have the four control lay out.

The aged Pelham Blue is outstanding and is further ageing incredibly well. ear and eye candy in buckets!

A fantastic boutique Ivison to have in. Comes with its original White Hiscox hard case with tool and cert.

Although every guitar is checked at the point of buy in for condition we try to describe as accurately as possible and with the nature of every vintage, modern, used guitar you will always find blemishes held in certain lights that we have not solely pointed out. 

These are usually very small lacquer marks or polish swirls and you have to expect a margin of very light marks that go undetected in usual lit environments.
