One of my favourite Norlin era Gibsons, the L6S.

This one is an excellent example given it’s condition. Super light surface rash if anything. All pots correct and date 1976. The serial does fall to 1975 but has the pot dates are more accurate I’m placing it as ’76.

Three piece maple neck with volute and a lovely medium C profile, not super skinny.

The Bill Lawrence designed pick ups are super sweet and the Varitone is at it’s best on the L6S in my opinion giving a wide range of tones including pick up selector. Maple neck is very clean with no wear tot eh gloss finish and the frets are pretty much as clean as you see on a guitar of this age.

Comes with its original hard case with is in very nice shape too.

Although every guitar is checked at the point of buy in for condition we try to describe as accurately as possible and with the nature of every vintage, modern, used guitar you will always find blemishes held in certain lights that we have not solely pointed out. 

These are usually very small lacquer marks or polish swirls and you have to expect a margin of very light marks that go undetected in usual lit environments.
