This is one killer Gibson Les Paul Custom, made in 1984.
Light weight at 9Lb 11oz, neck is slim but not skinny like some. Original Tim Shaw Pick ups sound superb. Some tarnishing to the gold hardware and the bridge pick up cover has aged more than the neck, the gold is still present below the surround depth and is original. Pots all date 84.
Some minor worming rash on the rear and the odd small mark here and there, plus a small cosmetic flaw below the tail piece where this once had a bridge trem, the marks were caused by micro tuner screws contacting with the finish and have been touched up. No holes, routes or repairs.
This really is one superb Custom, it ticks all the boxes from the weight to playability to the looks and sound more importantly.
Comes with it’s original Chainsaw case, nice condition but has the Gibson logo missing.

These are usually very small lacquer marks or polish swirls and you have to expect a margin of very light marks that go undetected in usual lit environments.
