Beautiful Gibson 1997 Custom Historic R6, ’56 Reissue.
You’ll notice that a vintage Bigsby has been fitted and is a wonderful sensitive one with a soft spring and the tuning stays great.
the gold is ageing with some dulling and crazing. Some marks with age too which has given this a fantastic patina. Lovely dark rosewood board too and the neck has that perfect chunky feel. This was professionally regretted a while back too with the receipt in the case along with the original tail piece.
Light rash on the rear with no repairs etc.
The pick ups sound super sweet in this with a lovely unplugged acoustic resonant LP sound.
One excellent Gibson R6 which is nearing 30 years old.
Comes with it’s original Historic Gibson Hard Case. No cert.

Although every guitar is checked at the point of buy in for condition we try to describe as accurately as possible and with the nature of every vintage, modern, used guitar you will always find blemishes held in certain lights that we have not solely pointed out.
These are usually very small lacquer marks or polish swirls and you have to expect a margin of very light marks that go undetected in usual lit environments.
